Though God has stretched me in so many different ways in the last three years, I would not change a thing. I just continue to pray that God gives me the ability to do what He asks. Pastor Richard and Hellen have been the best mentors and very good friends. They have shared their love in good and challenging times. God has blessed me in so many ways when he brought me to this ministry team.

The tent church is where I preach the most. Pastor Richard is the pastor for the tent church. God has used Pastor Richard, Hellen, and so many others to prepare me for this call.

Here I am on a Sunday morning preaching in the tent. I can’t tell you how exciting it is to be a part of the congregation. They love the Lord!

We usually have about eight to 13 youth for Sunday School. God has used this time to influence the youth. For example, one of our female youth joined the worship team and two of our male youth help with the offerings. I am really seeing God work in their lives.

I spend about 30 minutes with the youth at the orphanage each night before they go to bed. We completed a study of the books of the New Testament last year. We are having devotionals on the Old Testament now.

Two years ago, the ministry started two different Bible schools. The first one is located on Mount Elgon, and the second one is in the tent church. You can imagine who has learned the most – ME. The adults are so eager to learn from the bible.

I am teaching in the tent church in these three pictures. The adults you see have now graduated from the Bible Training Center.  God has called them to plant churches and share the gospel.
